Monkey Punch blend is a single origin coffee grown at 1850 in the shade of citrus & avocado trees in Tarrazu, Costa Rica. It is an Arabica, Red Cataui variety in medium dark roast with bright flavor that balances acidity. It is a Medium Dark Roast with hints of fruits, citrus & toasted nuts. Cold brewing makes this blend even sweeter, smoother and less acidic than traditional brewing methods. The fruit and chocolate notes of Monkey Punch coffee are accentuated even more.
