Description
Nian Gao or ‘year cake’, commonly evoked in the greeting “年年高升”, is a must-have to symbolise increasing prosperity. Homemade by YÀN’s kitchen, a timeless dessert that can be enjoyed pan-fried or steamed at home.
Ingredients: Glutinous Rice Flour, Gula Melaka, Coconut Milk, Water
Recommended preparation method:
Slice it to your desired thickness, and steam for 1 minute (our nian gao comes in a round foil container which you can use to steam), before dipping in egg batter and pan-frying it on both sides.
Available for collection from 1 January 2025.

• Delivery slots: Lunch 11.30am – 2.30pm Dinner 6pm-8.30pm.
• Free delivery is applicable for food orders above $200. (excludes vouchers)
• Self-pickup timing: Lunch 11am-2.30pm; Dinner 6pm-8.30pm (last order is at 8pm).
• Self-pickup timing on CNY Eve, 28 January 2025: 11am-3pm.
